Are you seeking hope, healing, and connection that lasts?
I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe that many of our current struggles are deeply rooted in the past, and lasting change comes from healing those core wounds. Whether you are facing individual challenges, navigating relationship difficulties, or processing trauma, I walk alongside you with insight, guidance, and practical tools, helping you work toward healing that goes beyond symptom relief.
Hi, I’m Stacy Garland.
My Approach
Compassionate, Individualized Care
Every person’s journey is unique, and I honor your story with empathy and respect. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Together, we will work to build emotional resilience, self-understanding, and a renewed sense of hope and connection.
Attachment-Focused Therapy
Using Attachment Core Pattern Therapy, I help individuals and couples understand how early experiences influence current relationships. This approach helps break recurring cycles of conflict and builds deeper emotional bonds. You’ll gain tools to navigate relational challenges and cultivate lasting connection.
Trauma-Informed & EMDR Therapy
As a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR trained clinician, I provide a safe space to process past wounds and current challenges. Whether addressing childhood trauma, grief, or relational injuries, we work at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My goal is to help you experience healing, restoration, and freedom in your life and relationships.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
If you schedule a health care item or service at least 3 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a health care item or service at least 10 business days in advance, make sure your health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, make sure the health care provider or facility gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill.

Therapy with me is always client-centered. While my own values inform who I am as a therapist, I approach my work from a nonjudgmental, compassionate place and consider it an honor to walk alongside people from all walks of life. Faith-based or spiritually integrated counseling is offered only if a client desires it. My goal is to respect each individual’s story, values, and lived experience while providing thoughtful, ethical, and effective care.
